The Operator is Georgios (George) Economou, sole trader, ABN 22 819 847 639.
The Camp means Adelaide Elite Performance Camp conducted from 12–20 December 2026 at PropAint ‘n Panel Oval, Birdwood Terrace, North Plympton SA 5037, including any changes made in accordance with clause 4.6 or clause 4.8.
The Participant means the child whose registration is submitted by the parent or legal guardian.
The Parent/Guardian means the person completing registration who represents that they are the participant’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions and provide the stated consents.
The Allocated Session means the particular session time notified to the Parent/Guardian by email, and the Participant is not entitled to remain at the venue outside that Allocated Session unless the Operator confirms otherwise in writing.
Authorised Personnel means the Operator, Danny Bailey, assistant coaches, and other staff, contractors or volunteers engaged or authorised by the Operator from time to time, each of whom must meet the requirements of clause 3.12.
If used in these Terms and Conditions, Personal Injury, Recreational Services and Reckless Conduct have the meanings given in Fair Trading Act 1987 (SA) s 42.
Adelaide Elite Performance Camp is independently operated by the Operator and is not operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with UEFA.
Any reference to coaches being “UEFA A licensed” is a description of the relevant individual coach’s qualification only, where factually accurate, and does not indicate any UEFA operation, endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
Adelaide Elite Performance Camp is independently operated and is not affiliated with UEFA.
Registration must be completed by the Participant’s Parent/Guardian before the Participant may attend or participate in the Camp.
By completing registration, the Parent/Guardian confirms that they are the Participant’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions and provide the consents set out in them.
The Camp is open to boys and girls born from 2011 to 2016 (inclusive).
The intended participant groups are as follows:
Grouping, coach allocation and session arrangements may be changed by the Operator where reasonably required by birth year, ability, safety or operational requirements.
Places are allocated in the order in which payment is received, and registration closes once the maximum capacity of 110 participants is reached. The Operator may also cap the number of places in an individual group to maintain safe coach-to-participant ratios.
A registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully received and accepted by the Operator.
The registration form must include accurate and complete details for the Participant and the Parent/Guardian, including emergency contact and medical information.
If any information supplied during registration changes, the Parent/Guardian must notify the Operator in writing promptly using the email address in clause 9.2.
The Camp services include scheduled football coaching, video-based coaching (where available), individual player feedback, a camp t-shirt, and camp photography and video activities during the Allocated Session.
Coaching is led by Danny Bailey (head coach) and Georgios Economou (co-coach), each of whom holds a current UEFA A Licence, supported by other Authorised Personnel engaged by the Operator from time to time. Not all Authorised Personnel hold a UEFA A Licence.
The camp’s staff list and relevant qualifications may be updated before the camp. Contact the Operator if you require current details.
Camp activities operate within the daily window of 8am–2pm, but each Participant attends only their Allocated Session and is not expected to remain on site all day.
The Participant’s Allocated Session, check-in process and collection arrangements will be notified by email around 25 November 2026 or otherwise before the relevant session.
Check-in: The Parent/Guardian, or an adult nominated by the Parent/Guardian, must accompany the Participant to the camp check-in point at the venue and sign the Participant in with Authorised Personnel. Check-in opens 15 minutes before the start of the Allocated Session. Participants must not be dropped off before check-in opens or left at the venue before they have been signed in. The location of the check-in point will be confirmed in the email referred to in clause 3.4.
Collection: At the end of the Allocated Session, Participants will be signed out at the check-in point and will only be released to the Parent/Guardian or to an adult nominated by the Parent/Guardian in the registration form or by email. That person may be asked to show photo identification. A Participant will not be permitted to leave the venue unaccompanied unless the Parent/Guardian has given prior written permission.
Supervision is provided only during the Participant’s Allocated Session while the Participant is on the pitch or otherwise participating in an authorised camp activity.
The Parent/Guardian remains responsible for the Participant before the Allocated Session begins and after the Allocated Session ends, including drop-off and collection. If a Participant is not collected at the end of the Allocated Session, Authorised Personnel will attempt to contact the Parent/Guardian and emergency contacts and will not leave the Participant unattended in the meantime.
No transport, accommodation, food or drink is supplied unless expressly notified in writing.
Participants must bring their own water bottle, a hat and sunscreen, and should apply sunscreen before arriving.
Reasonable venue rules and directions notified by the venue owner, occupier, Operator or Authorised Personnel must be followed at all times.
All Authorised Personnel who work with Participants, including every coach, will hold a current South Australian Working with Children Check, obtained under the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016 (SA), before working with any Participant.
The Operator is committed to providing a child safe environment. Authorised Personnel will avoid unobserved one-to-one contact with Participants, will not transport Participants, and will not communicate privately with Participants by personal phone, messaging or social media. Camp communications will be directed to the Parent/Guardian.
Authorised Personnel who are mandated notifiers under the Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017 (SA) will report any reasonable suspicion that a child is, or may be, at risk of harm as required by that Act.
Any concern about the safety or wellbeing of a Participant, or the conduct of any Authorised Personnel, may be raised with the Operator at any time or, where the concern relates to the Operator, with [INDEPENDENT CHILD SAFETY CONTACT]. Concerns will be handled promptly and confidentially.
The Camp fee is A$750 per Participant [inclusive of GST / GST does not apply – confirm].
Payment must be made as a one-time payment through Stripe, subject to the Stripe payment process.
Subject to clause 4.4, if the Parent/Guardian cancels the Participant’s registration by written notice received before 25 November 2026, the Operator will refund 50% of the Camp fee (A$375).
No refund is payable for a cancellation received on or after 25 November 2026. However, regardless of when the cancellation is received, the Operator will refund the Camp fee in full where (a) the Participant cannot attend because of illness or injury and the Parent/Guardian provides a medical certificate or other reasonable evidence from a medical practitioner, or (b) the Operator fills the Participant’s place from a waiting list. Instead of cancelling, the Parent/Guardian may transfer the Participant’s place to another eligible child at no cost, in accordance with clause 9.8.
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to the address in clause 9.2. A request is taken to be received at the time it arrives in the Operator’s inbox, determined by Adelaide time. The Operator will acknowledge each cancellation request in writing and will pay any refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
The Operator may make reasonable changes to coaching personnel, group allocation, activities, session times, venue arrangements or program content where reasonably required for safety, weather, venue availability or other operational reasons.
If the Operator cancels the Camp, or cancels a Participant’s registration other than under clause 6.9, the Operator will refund the Camp fee in full. If the Operator postpones the Camp or materially changes it (for example, a change to a venue that is not reasonably comparable, a significant reduction in coaching time, or the head coach, Danny Bailey, being unable to attend), the Parent/Guardian may choose to transfer to the rescheduled or changed Camp or to receive a full refund or, where only part of the Camp is affected, a proportionate refund.
The Operator will monitor Bureau of Meteorology forecasts and apply the Football SA Extreme Weather Policy (or a stricter standard). Sessions may be shortened, moved to an earlier time, rescheduled or cancelled because of extreme heat, storms, lightning or other unsafe conditions. Where a session is cancelled under that policy or for another weather-related safety reason and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the Operator will offer a make-up session or, if that is not reasonably practicable, a proportionate refund of the Camp fee.
The Parent/Guardian must provide accurate and complete information about the Participant’s medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, support needs and emergency contacts, and must promptly notify the Operator of any changes.
The Parent/Guardian must ensure that the Participant is medically fit to take part in football activities, except where the Operator has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The Parent/Guardian must disclose any material medical condition, allergy, injury, medication requirement or relevant support need before the Participant attends the Camp.
The Operator may refuse, limit or suspend the Participant’s participation where reasonably necessary for the Participant’s safety or the safety of another person.
If medication or a support arrangement may be required during the Allocated Session, the Parent/Guardian must provide written details before participation.
The Operator and Authorised Personnel are not required to administer medication unless they have expressly agreed in writing. Where a Participant has asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, epilepsy or another condition that may require emergency medication, the Parent/Guardian must provide a current action plan from a medical practitioner and ensure that the Participant brings the prescribed medication (for example, an asthma reliever or adrenaline autoinjector) to every session. Authorised Personnel may assist with or administer emergency medication in accordance with that action plan.
The Parent/Guardian authorises the Operator and Authorised Personnel to provide or arrange reasonable first aid, emergency assistance and emergency medical treatment where they reasonably consider it necessary and the Parent/Guardian cannot be contacted in time.
Subject to clause 8.3, the Parent/Guardian is responsible for all ambulance, medical, hospital, medication and related costs incurred for the Participant.
The registration form will ask the Parent/Guardian to disclose whether the Participant has or has had: asthma or another breathing condition; any allergy (including anaphylaxis); a heart condition, or chest pain or fainting during exercise; epilepsy or seizures; diabetes; a concussion or head injury in the past three months; any current injury, recent surgery or condition affecting physical activity; any regular medication; and any learning, behavioural, sensory or other support needs.
A Participant suspected of having a concussion will be removed from activity immediately and will not return to any activity that day. The Operator will notify the Parent/Guardian, who should arrange for the Participant to be assessed by a medical practitioner. The Participant may return to activity at the Camp only in accordance with the Australian Concussion Guidelines for Youth and Community Sport.
A person holding a current first aid qualification and a stocked first aid kit will be present at every session.
Each Participant must obey reasonable directions given by the Operator and Authorised Personnel and treat coaches, staff and other participants respectfully.
Unsafe, violent, abusive, bullying, discriminatory, insulting or disruptive conduct, including online, is prohibited.
Fighting, deliberately dangerous play, destructive behaviour and conduct that interferes with training or the orderly operation of the Camp are prohibited.
Participants must use equipment as directed and must not wear any necklace, bracelet, earring, ring or other jewellery during training or activities where the Operator reasonably considers those items unsafe.
Participants must help keep the venue clean and must not damage the venue or equipment.
Participants are required to wear football boots or other suitable footwear, black shorts and black socks.
Participants must wear properly fitted shin pads for all on-pitch activities.
The Operator may prohibit the Participant from taking part in an activity where the Operator reasonably considers the Participant’s clothing, footwear, shin pads or other equipment unsafe or unsuitable.
The Operator may remove, suspend or refuse the Participant’s involvement where reasonably necessary for safety, welfare or the orderly operation of the Camp. Except in an emergency, the Operator will contact the Parent/Guardian before or at the time of doing so, and the Parent/Guardian must arrange collection if requested.
Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, no refund is required where removal or suspension results from a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Personal belongings are brought at the Participant’s own risk. Participants should not bring valuables, and mobile phones must not be used during sessions without permission.
Photographs and video of Participants will be taken during the Camp for coaching purposes, including video analysis and individual player feedback (Coaching Footage). Coaching Footage will be shared only with the relevant Parent/Guardian and Authorised Personnel. Consent to Coaching Footage is a condition of registration.
The Operator will use photographs or video of a Participant for promotional purposes (including on websites, social media and in advertising) only if the Parent/Guardian gives separate consent in the registration form. That consent may be withdrawn at any time by email, and the Operator will then remove the material from channels it controls as soon as reasonably practicable. The Operator will not publish a Participant’s full name, school or other identifying details with any image.
The Operator collects registration, contact, emergency, medical and other information to administer registration, communicate with the Parent/Guardian, group Participants, manage the Participant’s health and safety (including first aid and emergency treatment), and comply with legal obligations. Medical information will be accessible only to Authorised Personnel who need it for those purposes.
The Parent/Guardian must ensure that all information provided to the Operator is accurate, complete and current.
Information is collected through the Operator’s online registration form and stored in Google Sheets, a service provided by Google that may store information on servers located outside Australia. Access is restricted to the Operator and Authorised Personnel who need it for the purposes in clause 7.3. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by the Operator.
Privacy or information requests may be directed to the Operator at the email address in clause 9.2.
Information will be stored securely and kept only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes in clause 7.3, except that records of incidents or injuries may be retained for longer where required for legal or insurance purposes.
Parents, guardians and spectators must not publish or share online photographs or video in which other Participants can be identified without the consent of those Participants’ parents or guardians.
The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that football coaching and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including collisions, falls, contact with players or equipment, overexertion, sprains, fractures and other injuries.
The Parent/Guardian agrees to ensure, so far as reasonably possible, that the Participant follows reasonable safety directions given by the Operator and Authorised Personnel.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude liability for significant personal injury caused by reckless conduct.
These Terms and Conditions do not contain, and must not be interpreted as containing, any exclusion, restriction or modification of a child participant’s rights in relation to recreational services contrary to Fair Trading Act 1987 (SA) s 42, Fair Trading Regulations 2025 (SA) reg 8 and sch 1 Form 1, or Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) s 139A.
The Parent/Guardian remains responsible for considering their own medical, health, ambulance, accident and other insurance needs for the Participant.
The Operator holds public liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of not less than A$[20] million, which covers the Camp and all Authorised Personnel working with Participants. The Operator does not hold personal accident insurance for Participants.
These Terms and Conditions do not include a parental waiver or indemnity that seeks to remove a child participant’s legal rights in relation to recreational services.
The Operator may provide Camp communications, Allocated Session information and operational updates by email to the email address supplied during registration.
The email address for Camp communications, cancellation requests, complaints and formal notices is eliteperformancedevelopmentlab@gmail.com.
If a Parent/Guardian has a concern or complaint, they should first notify the Operator in writing at eliteperformancedevelopmentlab@gmail.com and allow a reasonable opportunity for a response. This process does not limit any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the registration form and any written confirmation issued by the Operator, form the entire agreement between the Operator and the Parent/Guardian in relation to the Participant’s registration and participation in the Camp.
No variation to these Terms and Conditions is effective unless agreed in writing by the Operator and the Parent/Guardian. This does not prevent the Operator from issuing operational updates under clause 3.4 or making changes permitted by clauses 4.6 and 4.8.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision is to be read down to the extent necessary or, if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
A waiver of any right under these Terms and Conditions is effective only if it is in writing and does not operate as a waiver of any later breach or right.
The Parent/Guardian must not assign or transfer a registration or any rights relating to the Participant’s attendance without the Operator’s written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld where the replacement child is eligible and is registered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Formal notices to the Operator must be given in writing by email to the address in clause 9.2. A postal address for notices will be provided on request.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Parent/Guardian declares and confirms that:
Acceptance may be given electronically during registration, and electronic acceptance has the same effect as signing these Terms and Conditions.
