Who we are

Georgios (George) Economou operates Elite Performance Lab. We are committed to protecting the personal information of the children who attend our programmes and their families, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Parent/guardian name, email, mobile and emergency contact details; player name, date of birth, gender, playing position and t-shirt size; medical conditions, medications, injuries, asthma and allergy information; consent selections; payment confirmation (card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us); and, with consent, analytics and advertising cookie data.

Why we collect it

To register players, allocate age groups, deliver the programme safely, respond to medical situations and emergencies, communicate with families, process payments and refunds, and meet our legal obligations.

Medical information

Medical information is sensitive information. It is encrypted, stored securely and is only accessible to authorised personnel who need it for the player's safety. Every access is logged.

Photography & video

Photos and videos are only used on social media or in advertising where a parent/guardian has given the relevant separate consent. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

Advertising & cookies

With your permission, we use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We never send children's personal details, medical information or registration details to advertising platforms — only anonymous event data such as the programme and the payment value. You can decline or change your choice at any time via Cookie settings.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, secure hosting), with emergency services where required, or where required by law.

Storage, retention & deletion

Information is held on secure servers. We keep registration records only for as long as needed for the programme and our legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.
