Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by you

To cancel, email us with the player's name and registration number.

Before 25 November 2026

Cancellations received before 25 November 2026 receive a 50% refund of the registration fee ($375 AUD per player).

On or after 25 November 2026

After the applicable cutoff on 25 November 2026, registrations are non-refundable.

Refund processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is issued. Once refunded, the registration is cancelled and the place is released.
